FAXCOM Anywhere for GroupWise
FAXCOM Anywhere for GroupWise provides complete fax management capabilities to users in your Novell Directory Services (NDS) database. Because FAXCOM for NDS is so tightly integrated with Novell Directory Services (NDS), managing fax service users and fax queues is as easy as managing any other component of your network.
Using ConsoleOne/NWAdmin, you can create fax queues anywhere within the NDS tree. To support GroupWise clients, simply create the fax gateway object for each GroupWise domain to be connected to fax. Then set up the FAXCOM Anywhere for GroupWise domains to connect a GroupWise domain to fax queues.
To automatically route incoming faxes to a GroupWise user, access the user's Identification Page and enter the user's incoming fax number in the Fax Number field. You can also route faxes to groups of users, GroupWise External Entities, printers, and Shared Fax Folders to which multiple users are given access. FAXCOM for NDS includes a utility that enables you to view users according to their fax number and vice versa (view fax numbers according to users). Using this utility, you can then assign a range of fax numbers to a range of users. |
