FAXCOM Anywhere Enterprise makes it easy for organizations with multiple users and fax applications to send and receive faxes on a pay-as-you go model. The service also provides robust fax user management, seamless application integration, and a level of flexibility and scalability not found with any other fax service.
FAXCOM Anywhere Enterprise was designed for organizations that want integration of fax capabilities with enterprise applications and IT infrastructures, but who prefer not to install and manage fax server hardware or phone lines. The solution provides all of the major capabilities of an on-premise Biscom FAXCOM Server: tight integration with e-mail systems (including Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, Novell GroupWise, and SMTP); Windows and Web desktop clients; application integration with a wide variety of software products; and a Software Developers Kit (SDK) with a set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
There are two components to the solution: FAXCOM Anywhere Enterprise software, which you install on a computer at your site, and the FAXCOM Anywhere service, which we host. You manage all of your users, faxes and routing, and we provide the fax servers, phone lines, and the maintenance of the system. Even if you do have an on-site fax server, you can re-route your fax transmissions with FAXCOM Anywhere to our hosted servers as a disaster recovery site.

Getting Started with FAXCOM Anywhere Enterprise
- After you’ve signed up, you’ll be prompted to download FAXCOM Anywhere Enterprise software and install it as a service on any Windows 2000 or 2003 server.
- Run the FAXCOM Anywhere Enterprise MMC and distribute FAXCOM Queues to Windows servers, where FAXCOM Queues are the components that integrate your desktop clients and network resources with the hosted service.
- Deploy the appropriate software by which the different desktop client types have access to the FAXCOM Queues.
